Build pkg-fetch for Node 22 x86

Prerrequisites (in my case)

• Windows 11
• NodeJS x64 22.21.1
• NPM 11.6.2
• Python 3.13
• VS2022 Developer Tools
• NASM 3.01
• MINGW64/Git Bash (for patch)

Steps to generate the release:

• Download pkg-fetch-main
• Install dependencies
• Install yarn
• Execute Build Binary Locally: yarn start --node-range node22 --arch x86 --output dist

After a long time waiting for (about few hours) I could take the results!

x86 32-bit is considered end-of-life in terms of industry support and development, with no new hardware being manufactured specifically for 32-bit-only architectures.

What I suggest is to make your own binary once and re-use it when needed. See https://github.com/yao-pkg/pkg-binaries

I have a specific problem using TWAIN 32 bit drivers. In my discussion I don't pretend that you prepare all releases for x86. I thought that it would be useful for another people that they've had the same problem. You're right about EOL terms, but old scanners don't deserve to die this way =D.
