Merged. One pattern I've noticed, though, is that community members are starting their own packages with this template. |

The best option is to leave the master branch with all the files and templates, and create a dev branch without them, which is the one we will use, so there won't be any problems. |

I think we should use this template for internal yiisoft goals. Probable, we should add notice about it to readme. |
