add github actions

would you be interested in seting up some github actions on this repository ?

I have several ideas such as:

• checking json integrity on any push
• checking websites links status on weekly basis
• generate mkd files based on json (or vice versa)

i can work on this but just want to check first if you are ok with it.

It's been a pending task in my mind for while but I never took the time to run some sanity check on json and websites URLs.
