Unhandled exception on second launch of Fluent Store

Description

The first time right after installation Fluent Store worked fine, however after I closed it and opened again, it started showing "Select JIT-debugger" window with "Unhandle exception happened" text.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install Fluent Store.
2. After installing, close Store window.
3. Open Fluent Store - the error will appear.

Expected behavior

Fluent Store should launch fine second time.

If you click on "cancel", open Event Viewer (search in Start menu), and select this option:

Are there any error messages from Fluent Store in there? This issue could be a few different things, it's hard to diagnose without more information.

I believe the issue is with the Kubo IPFS node, which for some reason fails to clear the lock file. A temporary workaround is to manually remove the lock or run Fluent Store as admin (though that will cause other issues, see #101).
