[Feature Request] IOBinding in Java API #26209

Describe the feature request
The docs recommend using IOBinding but it does not seem available in the Java API. Can it be added?

The docs say that using IOBinding helps optimize GPU performance

i added it in there a while back. https://github.com/yuzawa-san/onnxruntime-java/blob/master/src/main/java/com/jyuzawa/onnxruntime/IoBinding.java

it functionally works, but i am not certain around if it works the most efficiently since i do not use GPU's. if you have any insight into how this would ideally work, please let me know.

@yuzawa-san , is it hard to implement this on microsoft onnxruntime ? because sometimes i need java 8 compability because of my old excelsior jet compiler

the minimum jdk version is and will continue to be 23, since that is the minimum supported version that has a stable foreign function and memory API.
