Currently we can assure there will be the official one, but not so sure about the date;
As most are asking for fine-grained facial support, we are spending time trying to implement that (which was not originally planned), hopefully it won't be delayed too much.

I would say take your time! with facial expression replucation, we could do lots of things, replace avatar characters for close-up short film...etc.

Yes, the current progress is that SCAIL-2 now supports character replacement too. We are polishing it for the release next month. We will skip SCAIL-1 'Official' version and directly release SCAIL-2.
