Adjust avatar image explanation #1218

Issue body actions
- There are more sources for user avatars.
- Remove that avatars are ignored from M365 login
- Add that already saved avatars are kept, even if the image service gets disabled
- If a new avatar is fetch - no matter where from - the avatar of a user gets updated?
- TBD?
