My understanding is that the GeoZarr specification is currently in between v0.4 and v0.5. I think that https://github.com/zarr-developers/geozarr-spec/tree/f7ee95c1cc418199e648245589fb2c12f9e5c8dc probably best represents the v0.4 release based on the changelog. It might be helpful to make a GitHub release for that version of the specification given the subsequent transition to OGC format (#65) and proposed removal of the old markdown format (#91)
