#159가 changeset 없이 머지되어 후속으로 patch changeset 추가. 0.2.0 → 0.2.1 (submodules 로드 회귀 수정 기록).
loadScript 진입점부터 submodule attach 대기 와이어링을 검증하는 통합 테스트 3개 추가 (이미-로드 경로 / onJSContentLoaded 대기 / cache). 12 → 15 tests.
