Update CI workflows to 3f5705b (#268)

This PR updates the CI workflow files from the main Zed repository
based on the commit
zed-industries/zed@3f5705b

The rollout includes the ACP extension deprecation as well as the
parallelization of jobs for faster CI/CD.
