Image generation

Hi,

OpenAI recently released image generation support, but this adapter still doesn't support it.

There is already a PR for it, but it seems to be stuck.

Is there any quick workaround in the meantime?

Filed #251 with a minimal-change proposal for this — ImageGenerationEnd → ToolCallUpdate with an image content block. ACP schema already has ContentBlock::Image, so this should be ~30 lines in src/thread.rs and independent of #206.
