Do we already have a plan to improve the migration process for folks coming from a standalone installation? |

We can do that in onboarding (file upload that populates the fields & co). If we do it in add-on setup, it won't be available for all Z2M users. |

Same as #823 except for regular add-on. To be merged after.
Also cleans up no longer needed files/workflows.
Updated README while at it.
Note: 2.8.0 was used as "future" version, but will need to be updated accordingly before merging.
