aws opensearch added ondisk mode and binary quantization 32x compression

1. add ondisk mode(32x compression)
2. add binary quantization (bit 1, 32x compression)

when test ondisk mode and binary quantization, need to add parameters--oversample-factor 20 to optimize recall rate.
