automatic git blame after line change and toggle on/off

Hi guys,

After following #20 I would still have the ability of toggling on/off git blame. Is that possible? I also noticed that doing that brings a error message when I open files that don't belong to a git repo. Is there any workaround to avoid the error messages?

Also, it seems like that is not part of the documentation. Is it possible to add it so others would have access to it?
