Upstream gitlab-org/cli tag v1.89.0 has go.mod declaring go 1.25.4, so this version bump may require a newer Go toolchain than what the repo/CI currently uses (e.g., go_120). Consider validating/updating the build/CI Go version configuration to avoid build failures due to the minimum Go version requirement.
