Hey I am new to this stuff so I want to ask how would I add like an EPG Ui to the simulator, for example I have these EPG's that are like fake DirectTV guide channel Ui's and I want to put them in there, also how would I put streams and m3u files in there as a separate channel?

Hi! To embed video streams in a channel, the easiest way is to link your m3u directly. Here's an example from the public demo site using an m3u stream generated by ffplayout

As long as your video source is encoded in a way that it can be embedded in a web browser and CORS headers are good it should work.

As far as EPGs go, right now we've only got the guide engine and the channel-list engine. If you'd like to make your own custom one, you can use the iframe engine to embed a custom webpage as a channel. If you're looking for true interactivity, such as using menu, arrow keys, select and back, etc. this is something I'm planning but haven't gotten to yet unfortunately. Interactivity is definitely on the list of things to add, but there are some architectural decisions that I need to make regarding input handling, custom menu systems, cursor navigation and a few other things. If you've got ideas for it you can either reply here or on the Discord and I'll take a look!
